Start of the Agreement and Participants
On June 1996, a convention was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda to sign a project in favor of the socially most vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of the’ initiative amounts to about one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European Union funds.
Activities and Expected Objectives
The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.
Social transport services, support centers, listening and gathering points will also be enhanced.

The project aims to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life of the people involved, also creating opportunities for meetings and solidarity among citizens.
The Role of Institutions and Associations
l Municipal Administration has committed itself to supporting the initiatives, ensuring surveillance services and coordination among the various involved components.
Volunteer organizations will play a central role in the’ organization and management of activities, ensuring active participation of the local community.
