Construction Firm Bankruptcy in Alto Garda

The Guardia di Finanza has ordered house arrest for the de facto administrator and a temporary ban from professional or business activity for the de jure administrator in connection with an alleged construction-related bankruptcy involving a company operating in the Alto Garda area. The measure was issued by the preliminary investigations judge at the Court of Rovereto, following an investigation coordinated by the Rovereto Public Prosecutor’s Office and carried out by the Riva del Garda Detachment. Prosecutors allege fraudulent bankruptcy involving both assets and records.

Investigators say that between 2023 and 2025 the company did not keep required accounting records. They also allege the removal of more than €110,000 from company accounts and assets worth about €175,000, including vehicles and equipment. Additional charges include omitted tax filings and undeclared income of approximately €1.3 million. The individuals involved are presumed innocent until a final court ruling.
