Construction site accident on the TAV in Desenzano: seven workers injured

An accident occurred this morning, November 6, 2025, at the TAV construction site on Via Vicina in Desenzano, in the Serraglio area. Around 6:30 AM, a van transporting seven workers overturned on its side, presumably due to a miscalculation. Fortunately, no one sustained serious injuries; all the workers were taken to the hospital for check-ups and were discharged in the afternoon. Four ambulances from Garda Emergenza, Croce Rossa, and Soccorso Azzurro, along with law enforcement, responded to the scene of the accident. The seven workers involved, aged between 21 and 63, suffered minor bruises and abrasions to their backs, shoulders, arms, and ribs.
