The Executive Board of the Autonomous Province of Trento has approved a call for proposals aimed at providing grants for the purchase of first homes, with a total budget of €6.1 million. Starting from November 6, 2024, young individuals and couples under the age of 40 will be able to apply for grants of €20,000 and €25,000, respectively, while large families with at least three dependent children can benefit from support of up to €30,000. Applications will be accepted until August 31, 2025.
The call is intended to support the purchase of properties in need of renovation and includes specific requirements for applicants, such as having been registered residents in the provincial territory for at least two years and possessing adequate economic and financial conditions. The initiative aims not only to facilitate access to housing for young generations and families in the area but also to promote the recovery of the existing real estate heritage through energy efficiency improvement interventions.
