Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with Community and Local Government Collaboration
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention took place at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting socially vulnerable individuals.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and community grants.

Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering spots will be enhanced.
