On May 13 and 20, 2025, the Sirmione Thermal Baths will host an important initiative for melanoma prevention, offering free dermatological screenings for moles. This collaboration with the Carolina Zani Melanoma Foundation ETS will take place at the Therapy District therapeutic center, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The initiative is aimed at individuals aged 18 to 70 who have never undergone a dermatological check-up and who present risk factors such as a family history of melanoma, a history of repeated sunburns, or a high number of moles.
During these days, citizens will have access to free screenings conducted by experienced dermatologists, aimed at the early detection of potential skin risks. The president of the foundation, Patrizia Ondelli, emphasized the importance of raising awareness about melanoma prevention, while Dr. Emanuele Clo’, medical director of the Thermal Baths, highlighted how skin monitoring is crucial for the timely diagnosis of neoplastic diseases. To participate, registration is required through the Sirmione Thermal Baths contact center at the number 030-9904923.
