The educational project “Desenzano del Garda… in our hands” continues to achieve great success, actively engaging schools and the community in raising awareness about environmental protection. Launched in the 2021/2022 school year and hosted at the “G. Rambotti” Archaeological Civic Museum, this year’s central theme has been water, with a particular focus on the preservation of the lake. The works created by the students, displayed until June 1st in the museum’s cloister, reflect the commitment of the schools to promote active and responsible citizenship.
Numerous educational institutions participated in the initiative, ranging from preschools to lower secondary schools, involving a total of 61 classes. Each school received a contribution to support the purchase of materials necessary for the projects’ realization. The Councilor for Education and Ecology, Cristina Degasperi, emphasized how this initiative represents a unique opportunity to educate conscious and active citizens in caring for their territory. The project will also be continued in the next school year, promising new challenges for the young participants.
