Desenzano del Garda to Host Grand Finale of Primavera è Donna 2026
On Saturday, May 23, 2026, the Teatro San Michele in Desenzano del Garda will host the concluding event of the eighth edition of “Primavera è Donna 2026,” promoted by Swanbook Associazione Culturale e Casa Editrice. Admission is free; the program begins at 15:00 and features the awards for the literary contest commemorating the centenary of Grazia Deledda’s Nobel Prize in Literature, along with the Donna Territorio & Cultura 2026 Awards and the Nadia Toffa Prize.
The event will be hosted by Francesca Ghezzani, with Aurelio Armio, and will include a performance by Alea & Band and television coverage led by Mariano Giordano. Winners of the four literary categories are Samanda Pettinari, Nadia Cremonesi, Veronica Demuro, and Maria Graziano; the Donna Territorio & Cultura 2026 awards go to Velise Bonfante, Sara Vigani, Caterina Musciarelli, Daniela Mena, and Valentina Bresciani. The Nadia Toffa Prize, now in its third edition, will be awarded by Margherita Re buffoni Toffa. At the theatre entrance, stands from Swanbook, La Sorgente Cooperative, and the Nadia Toffa Foundation will be present, and a prize draw for attendees is planned at the end.
