Desenzano Faces Icy Roads and Rising Road Accident Risks
A woman was injured in a car accident on Monday morning in Desenzano, caused by icy road conditions. Her Dacia Sandero went off the road near the curve on Via Soiolo, close to the hospital-Lonato route, just before 7 a.m.
The 45-year-old driver sustained minor injuries, received initial treatment from Red Cross paramedics, and was transported to Desenzano hospital with non-critical injuries. The incident is attributed to early winter frosts creating hazardous, icy roads in the area.
