Desenzano Hospital Unveils Service Charter to Boost Healthcare Transparency
“An opportunity to establish a kind of pact among users, operators, and administrators to create healthcare that is increasingly attentive to the need for service quality, embodying maximum efficiency and transparency,”
thus summarized Angelo Foschini, general director of the Azienda Ospedaliera di Desenzano del Garda, the “Service Charter” presented yesterday morning.
“The challenge before us,” Foschini continued, “is to maintain high standards of our services, and in the ‘Charter,’ the citizen-client will be able to easily find what interests him or her.”
