Desenzano: Work Continues for the Opening of the Third Municipal Nursery. The second phase of the project to convert the building on Via Durighello into a modern nursery, capable of accommodating 60 children, is imminent. Following the completion of the first phase, which included seismic upgrades in accordance with the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the focus will now shift to architectural and plant renovations, with a total investment of 350,000 euros. Public Works Councillor Giovanni Maiolo emphasized the importance of creating an innovative and sustainable facility that meets the highest quality standards.

The new phase of construction includes the creation of dedicated spaces such as a multipurpose room, a rest area, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with the installation of modern systems to ensure comfort and safety. The interventions also aim to enhance the outdoor areas through the integration of vegetation to promote landscape harmonization. Maiolo highlighted how the project is oriented towards environmental sustainability, thereby ensuring a healthy and stimulating environment for young children and their families in the heart of the Desenzano community.
