The 2026 edition takes place at Oldani’s D’O restaurant in Cornaredo, in partnership with the Olmo Hospitality Institute, focusing on hands-on kitchen work and mentorship. The 2027 program moves to Miramonti L’Altro in Concesio, with the Andrea Mantegna Institute of Brescia, emphasizing operational training and chef-guided tutoring. Past winners have completed stages at prestigious establishments like Da Vittorio and Don Alfonso 1890, fostering professional growth and industry connections.
