Roè Volciano: Drug Dealer Arrested and Drugs Seized in Valle Sabbia. A 22-year-old man of Albanian descent was arrested by Local Police officers during a routine check as he was leaving a bar. Found in possession of several doses of cocaine and marijuana, the young man was subjected to a search that uncovered additional drugs at his home in Prevalle, where approximately 108 grams of cocaine, marijuana, and hashish were discovered. Additionally, 1700 euros believed to be proceeds from illegal activities, packaging materials, and blank ammunition were seized.
After being placed under house arrest, the young man faced an expedited trial where the Judge validated the arrest, imposing a sentence of 10 months in prison with a suspended sentence and a fine of 1800 euros. An expulsion order was also issued for the individual, who was already in the process of renewing his residence permit. During the investigation, it was revealed that he was driving with a suspended license; therefore, in addition to the prescribed penalty, the vehicle was impounded.
