Duo Restaurant in San Felice del Benaco: an innovative gourmet menu

The evening featured dishes that combined surprising flavors and innovative techniques, such as the appetizer “mussels and Bagoss” and BBQ pumpkin with curry, apple chutney, and fennel. Among the offerings, the rabbit plin with soubise sauce stood out as one of the most memorable dishes of the gastronomic experience.
