A domestic violence incident occurred in Villanuova sul Clisi on the afternoon of Sunday, May 18, culminating in the arrest of a 49-year-old man for assaulting his 85-year-old father during a family dispute. The argument, which began as a heated exchange, quickly escalated, leading the son to ransack the home and physically attack his elderly parent.
The father was rescued and taken to the hospital in a green code, without suffering serious injuries. Carabinieri from the Gavardo station intervened at the scene and filed charges against the 49-year-old for personal injury, while investigations into the incident are ongoing to further clarify the circumstances surrounding the event.
