In anticipation of the upcoming elections in Sirmione, scheduled for June 8th and 9th, the local political landscape is buzzing with the presentation of candidates for the position of mayor. The competition will see three key figures facing off, each with distinct visions and programs for the future of the city.

Roberto Campagnola presents himself under the banner of “Insieme per Sirmione – Roberto Campagnola Sindaco,” representing a center-right coalition. Campagnola brings a vision based on collaboration and innovation. With the support of Fratelli d’Italia, Forza Italia, Lega, and Progetto Civico, he aims to implement projects that enhance both the historic center and the districts of Sirmione, promoting an inviting environment for both residents and visitors.

Maurizio Ferrari and Luisa Lavelli have chosen a path of collaboration, founding the “Vivere Sirmione” list. After reflecting and discussing with Lavelli, Ferrari expressed the shared intention to join forces to promote responsible and cooperative management of the city. Lavelli, the current mayor, is running for re-election with the purpose of continuing the work started, focusing on the well-being of citizens and further development of Sirmione. Their campaign is based on values of unity and community service, with the goal of continuing the path of growth and attention to people.

Finally, Marcello Bertoldi enters the race with his civic list “Sìamo Sirmione,” which was recently presented to the public. At the launch event, Bertoldi and members of his list outlined their proposals for the future of Sirmione. With an average age of 40, the candidates of the “Sìamo Sirmione” list represent a new generation of local politicians, eager to actively contribute to the well-being and development of the municipality.

Each candidate brings their own vision for the future of Sirmione, and in the coming days, further public meetings will take place in the various districts, offering citizens the opportunity to interact directly with the candidates and learn in detail about their proposals. The race for the mayor’s seat promises to be lively and decisive for the future of the Sirmione community.
