Erasmus in Salò Opens Doors to International Mobility and Growth
An Erasmus information meeting was held on 16–17 October at the Liceo di Salò to present international mobility opportunities to students. During the sessions students and teachers exchanged experiences and outlined participation requirements, while coordinators Maria Saleri and Chiara Pezzotti highlighted the programme’s role in promoting intercultural exchange and developing new competencies in different European contexts.
The school recently obtained accreditation to take part in multiple Erasmus mobilities, supported by funding received in recent years, and has established partnerships with European schools to facilitate placements and class attendance abroad. Organizers acknowledged potential academic challenges after extended stays but said the educational and personal benefits outweigh these issues and encouraged students to consider becoming “Erasmus explorers.”
