The RS Aero European Championships 2025 will take place in Arco starting from April 24, featuring 110 athletes from 15 nations on Lake Garda. Organized in collaboration with the Italian Sailing Federation and the RS Aero International Class, the event promises intense competition with up to 11 races scheduled, each lasting approximately 40 minutes. Participants include representatives from Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, and Ukraine, with a particular focus on youth categories.
In addition to the sporting competition, the Europeans will also have a significant solidarity component: a fundraising initiative will be launched to support Ukraine through small adhesive flags that can be placed on the sails. The opening ceremony is set for April 23, while the briefing for competitors will take place the following day at 11:00 AM. These events not only celebrate sport but also promote unity and international solidarity during a critical time.
