Fake license in Villanuova sul Clisi: complaint for forgery filed
Villanuova sul Clisi: Driver Caught with Fake License, Facing Charges Yesterday afternoon, during a traffic stop in Villanuova sul Clisi, the Local Police of Valle Sabbia apprehended a motorist in possession of a fake license. The man, hailing from a nearby municipality, presented the officers with a document that appeared to have been issued in Poland; however, certain inconsistencies raised the officers’ suspicions. Subsequent investigations confirmed that the document was counterfeit.
Due to his inability to provide valid explanations regarding the origin of the license, the individual was charged with forgery. The document has been confiscated and will undergo a technical examination for further verification. In addition to the criminal charges, the driver received an administrative fine of 5,100 euros for driving without a license, as stipulated by the Highway Code; furthermore, the vehicle he was operating has been placed under administrative seizure.
