The Falkensteiner Park Resort, a newly conceived 5-star hotel, is set to open in Salò in March 2026. The project includes the construction of a facility comprising 97 rooms, 170 premium living apartments, and 4 villas, all nestled within a botanical park designed by architect Matteo Thun and landscape designer Joao Nunes. This development marks a significant step for the Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism group, which aims to strengthen its presence in Italy and across European markets.
As part of its expansion strategy, Falkensteiner has announced a total investment of 400 million euros over the next five years, with a particular focus on new projects in Italy, Croatia, Austria, and Germany. The resort was presented during a press meeting in Milan, where the company’s financial results were also shared, revealing a revenue of over 264 million euros in 2024.
