Films on the Beach: Punta Grò hosts six outdoor cinema nights this summer

Punta Grò in Sirmione will host “Films on the Beach” for six Sundays, from August 2 to September 6, 2026, with free outdoor film screenings starting at 21:00. The initiative combines cinema, scenery and social time along the shores of Lake Garda.

The programme spans multiple genres and eras, opening with Wes Craven’s *Nightmare* on August 2 and moving through Woody Allen’s *Manhattan* (August 9), Robert Zemeckis’s *Back to the Future* (August 16), and the Wachowskis’ *The Matrix* (August 23). It continues with Alfred Hitchcock’s *Vertigo* on August 30 and concludes on September 6 with the docufilm *Ride Back to Faith*.

Access is free, and each evening includes “Al cinema con gusto!” with the Circo del Gusto: attendees can order take-away dinner and eat it during the screening from seats facing the screen, with the lake in the background. Deliveries to Punta Grò are scheduled for 20:40 for orders placed by 20:15 at 030 919026, with cutlery, napkins and glasses included and payment made at delivery.
