A fire broke out last night in Manerba del Garda, specifically at the “Rio” campsite, where a parked van caught fire. The alert was triggered shortly after midnight, and initial reports suggest that the blaze may have been caused by a short circuit. Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene, assisted by the carabinieri and emergency medical services.

During the firefighting operation, a 56-year-old man suffered from smoke inhalation and was transported to Desenzano hospital in yellow code. Fortunately, his condition does not appear to be serious. Investigations are currently underway to accurately determine the cause of the fire.
