Fire in Salò: Two Cars, One Powered by CNG, Caught in Flames

Two fires broke out overnight on August 2, 2026 in Salò, damaging two parked cars in nearby streets—Via del Roveto and Via Pozzo. One vehicle was powered by methane. Firefighters from the Salò volunteer detachment responded, extinguished the flames, and secured the area.

The intervention limited the damage and prevented other vehicles and nearby structures from being involved. Carabinieri personnel from the Radiomobile Unit were also on site, and investigations are underway to determine the origin and nature of the fires.
