Formula 1 FMailer Drivers Support Charities Ahead of Canadian Race
The involvement of private individuals in social activities and volunteer work has become a reality. The numbers prove it, constantly increasing. It seems that today, doing good for those less fortunate is a reason to feel better about oneself and others. And as always, everything is free and without any profit motive.
This is also true for the competitive event organized by friends of Formula 1 Formaio, led for years by Remo Oliosi, the Veronese Lino Banfi. With his activity using vehicles equipped with Grana Padano cheese wheels instead of regular tires, he aims to help Veronese thalassemics.
His skill and talent, along with the group of Formula 1 Formaio drivers, have crossed the oceans. And for this reason, in a few days, they will fly to Canada to compete, again for charitable purposes, in that distant land, but very close to Italy thanks to the sizable Italian emigrant community.
Before leaving for America, however, the friends of Formula 1 Formaio will present themselves to the Italian and international public next Saturday at 9 p.m. at the port of Pacengo, where they will showcase all their skills to win the Città di Pacengo cup and once again give their tangible contribution to thalassemics.
Event at the Port of Pacengo
A challenging route set in one of the most beautiful natural settings of the lake: the port of Pacengo, opposite the historic Sirmione castle, on the Brescia shoreline.
