Fraudulent Calls Impersonating Carabinieri Target Garda Businesses

They impersonate Carabinieri when contacting hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurants in the Middle and Upper Garda, offering subscriptions to military magazines of the arm.

These are not military personnel, but fraudsters who, from time to time, claim to belong to the finance police, police, fire brigades, or the Municipal police.
