The Labor Sector of the Province of Brescia has announced the launch of two free training courses to become a Social and Health Care Worker (OSS) and a Social and Health Care Assistant (ASA). These programs, organized in collaboration with IAL Lombardia and partners KOS Care S.r.l. and Fondazione Casa di Dio Onlus, will take place at the IAL Lombardia headquarters located at Via Castellini 7, with the start date set for October 2025. Upon completion of the training, participants who pass the selection process will be offered permanent contracts, with available positions at the Anni Azzurri residences and Casa di Dio.
The selection for the OSS course will take place on September 8 at 9:00 AM at Palazzo Broletto, and on September 9 at the Anni Azzurri Residence. The selections for the ASA course are scheduled for September 17, also at 9:00 AM. To participate, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a secondary school diploma or a three-year vocational qualification. Foreign candidates must demonstrate a good knowledge of the Italian language through an entrance test.
