A fire broke out this morning in Pozzolengo, specifically on Via Martiri, around 11:38 AM. The flames affected a garage, involving a moped and several gas canisters, raising concerns about the risk of explosions. The Firefighters from the Castiglione delle Stiviere station responded promptly, supported by a fire truck from the provincial command of Brescia, successfully containing the fire and preventing it from spreading to other structures. During the operations, a 65-year-old woman sustained burns to her forearms while attempting to extinguish the flames and was assisted by medical personnel from the 118 emergency service. She was subsequently transported to the hospital in Desenzano under yellow code. The Local Police managed traffic and cordoned off the area to ensure safety during the firefighting efforts.
