Garda-Baldo Culinary Course Honors Chefs and Promotes Quality
A comprehensive test run, with dishes prepared by the course participants—a fairly successful attempt to demonstrate what had been learned during the cooking update course organized by the comprensorio Garda-Baldo of the association of merchants and held at the Montefelice restaurant.
Emphasizing how the creative cooking course was indeed very useful and the importance of striving for ever higher quality in the restaurant sector were the sindaco di Bardolino Armando Ferrari, the extraordinary commissioner of the Apt Marco Zaninelli, and the mayor of Rivoli Armando Luchesa.

Among the Asco managers, the member of the board Fernando Morando, who hosted the event; the vice president of the restaurateurs’ association Gianni Nicoli, the president of the ice cream makers’ association Luciano Renon, and the general secretary Giorgio Sartori.
