Recently, Cantine di Verona launched a new summer edition of the Garda DOC Spumante, named “-346m,” in tribute to the deepest point of the lake, located off Castelletto di Brenzone. This sparkling wine, characterized by its freshness and elegance, is made from Garganega and Chardonnay grapes and undergoes a 60-day aging process using the Martinotti method. The product will be presented through a visual narrative on the label, illustrating the submerged treasures of the lake’s waters, paying homage to the rich food and wine culture of the region.
The new sparkling wine stands out for its fine and persistent perlage, offering notes of white flowers and citrus. It is perfect for pairing with appetizers and fish dishes. Available on e-commerce platforms and in the company’s wine shops at a price of 11.90 euros, “-346m” represents not only a wine product but also a way to enhance the local territory through its history and gastronomic culture.
