Garda Karate Team triumphs at the Lombardia Trophy in Gerenzano

The Garda Karate Team has kicked off the 2025 competitive season with an outstanding achievement, winning 22 medals at the Trofeo Lombardia CSEN, held in Gerenzano (VA) on October 26. The competition featured the participation of 412 athletes from 42 clubs across Northern Italy, and the Garda team fielded a delegation of 17 athletes who excelled in various disciplines. The final tally includes 13 gold medals, 7 silver, and 2 bronze, reflecting the commitment and preparation of the competitors. Moreover, the Garda Karate Team distinguished itself in the overall club rankings, achieving fourth place overall and second place in kumite, thereby showcasing its capabilities in combat. The parakarate sector also achieved significant results, finishing in third place. The coaching staff emphasized that these successes are the result of the athletes’ daily dedication in training and expressed gratitude to CSEN Monza and Brianza for organizing the event.
