Garda Scammers Pose as Police to Sell Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They pose as carabinieri when making phone contacts with hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs in the middle and upper Garda area, offering subscriptions to law enforcement magazines.

These are not military personnel, but scammers who, each time, claim to belong to the finance police, the police, the fire brigade, or the municipal police.
