Garda Scammers Pretend to Be Carabinieri Offering Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They pretend to be Carabinieri when making phone calls to hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs in the middle and upper Garda area, offering subscriptions to Arma magazines.

These are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to be part of finance, police, fire brigade, or municipal police.

They often propose subscriptions to non-existent magazines or magazines that have nothing to do with law enforcement agencies.
