Garda Trentino Lounge Launches in Riva del Garda Featuring Local Flavors Zone

Garda Trentino Lounge and Dimensione Gusto, a new experiential area, debuted at Hospitality from February 2-4, managed by APT Garda Dolomiti in collaboration with Riva del Garda Fierecongressi. The spaces aimed to connect media, partners, and operators, showcasing projects, services, and the “Italian Outdoor” vision, alongside local products through tastings, talks, and demonstrations.

The Dimensione Gusto area featured producers such as Bio Maso Giare, Salumificio Parisi, and La Rosa del Garda, among others. A series of scheduled events included workshops on forest cultivation, local gastronomy, bread in hospitality, and regional specialties like trout carpione, with sessions taking place throughout the three days.
