Lake Garda is getting ready to celebrate a significant event: on July 19th, Gardaland will celebrate its 49th anniversary with a series of special initiatives. Among these, the introduction of an exclusive version of the famous board game Monopoly stands out, called Monopoly Gardaland Resort.

The new edition of Monopoly will be available in limited quantities at the Camelot, Adventure Store, and Mammut outlets inside the park, as well as on the official Gardaland e-shop. The price is set at €49.90. This product is suitable for children aged eight and up and includes a customized game board with iconic locations from the amusement park.

Visitors will be able to relive the Gardaland experience through the game board, which depicts over 40 park attractions. These include the historic Carousel Horses, Doremifarm – the most fun farm -, the thrilling Shaman, and many more. Additionally, the three four-star hotels of the resort will also be featured: Gardaland Hotel, Magic Hotel, and Gardaland Adventure Hotel, as well as the SEA LIFE Aquarium, which houses over 5,000 marine creatures and a scenic ocean tunnel.

The most prestigious title in the game, usually known as “Park Lane,” has been replaced by the Raptor attraction. This square now represents the most feared challenge for players, who risk getting stuck on it due to an unlucky roll of the dice.

The special edition package contains 113 pieces, including 28 contracts, 16 chance and community chest cards each, customized “Bank of Gardaland” banknotes, 32 houses, 12 hotels, two dice, and six collector’s edition tokens depicting the park’s beloved mascots.

Opened on July 19, 1975, on the shores of Lake Garda, Gardaland has transformed over the years into a point of reference for family entertainment in Italy and beyond. Today, it boasts about 40 main attractions, numerous daily and evening shows such as the Magic Show !MPOSSIBLE at the Gardaland Theatre at 8:00 pm and the Jumanji the Show spectacle at 10:45 pm on the facade of the Jumanji® – The Adventure attraction.

To celebrate this special summer, several events have been organized, including “Night is Magic,” which extends the closing time until 11:00 pm, offering visitors additional opportunities to have fun under the stars. There are also new Meet & Greet experiences dedicated to the little ones, such as Po Meet & Greet in the Kung Fu Panda Arena and LEGO® Shark Meet & Greet at the entrance of the LEGOLAND® Water Park Gardaland.
