Gardalatte Reaffirms Valter Giacomelli as President, Budget Expands
Gardalatte has confirmed Valter Giacomelli as president for the next three-year term, with the newly elected Board of Directors reconfirmed in full by the shareholders’ meeting held last Wednesday at the Rocca di Lonato. Giacomelli will be joined by vice presidents Fausto Comaglio, Marco Baresi, and Maurizio Toninelli.
During the session, Giacomelli presented and secured approval for a budget with production value up by 10% to 103 million euros, and announced the highest price paid to suppliers at 0.78 euros per liter (0.858 euros including VAT). He noted that these results were achieved despite tensions in the international economic context and reaffirmed a commitment to continuity and synergy for the coming three years.
