Gardone Riviera celebrates Gabriele D’Annunzio with cultural events
A significant cultural event will take place in Gardone Riviera, dedicated to the figure of Gabriele D’Annunzio. On September 10th, at 9 PM, the Nave Puglia at the Vittoriale degli Italiani will host a live performance titled “Gabriele D’Annunzio. An Unmatched Life,” which will be broadcast live on RaiPlay. Actor Edoardo Sylos Labini, accompanied by the music of Maestro Sergio Colicchio, will guide the audience through an emotional journey into the life of the poet and writer, exploring his loves and his artistic and political career.
The performance will retrace the key milestones of D’Annunzio’s life, from his early beginnings to his final years spent at the Vittoriale, which has been transformed into a personal museum. Additionally, the event will be repeated on September 12th in the late evening on Rai3, and starting September 13th, a special interview with Giordano Bruno Guerri will be available on RaiPlay. This initiative highlights the importance of cultural events related to D’Annunzio and his legacy in the Italian literary landscape.
