Gargnano and Gender Violence: Cultural Awareness Review

The cultural series “…Not Even with a Flower” has begun in Gargnano, organized by the Department of Culture and Social Services in collaboration with the Chiare Acque Anti-Violence Center, Cerchio degli Uomini – Brescia ETS, and the Mask.You Association. This cycle of events, dedicated to gender-based violence, aims to promote awareness and dialogue through interventions by professionals, testimonies, and artistic reflections. The meetings, which are free and open to the public, will take place at the “A. Castellani” Hall located at Via del Teatro 14. The program includes significant appointments: on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 5:30 PM, the focus will be on psychological violence, while on Saturday, October 25, there will be a discussion on women in modern philosophy and contemporary literature. Tuesday, November 25, will feature a reading titled “Women Who Have Broken,” culminating on Saturday, November 29, with a meeting on the importance of male awareness in the fight against gender-based violence.
