The new 5-star hotel “Stroblhof Active Family Spa Resort” is set to open on March 19 in Formaga di Gargnano, marking another milestone in the growth of the luxury segment along Lake Garda. This new facility, which spans an area of 71,425 square meters, features approximately 140 suites and has a maximum capacity of 374 guests, generating around one hundred new jobs. The property, acquired in January 2018 by World Diamond Group spa, has undergone an ambitious renovation project that includes wellness areas, swimming pools, and spaces dedicated to younger guests.
With the opening of Stroblhof, Gargnano becomes home to the third 5-star establishment in the municipality, joining the prestigious Grand Hotel a Villa Feltrinelli and Lefay Resort. This development is part of a growing trend of investments in the luxury hotel sector along the Brescia side of the lake, with future projects already in the pipeline, such as the Park Resort in Salò, expected to open in 2026. The arrival of new facilities enhances the tourist appeal of the area and promises an increasingly diverse offering for visitors seeking exclusive experiences.
