The guided tours in Salò are back, an initiative promoted by the Municipality and the Pro Loco, which enjoyed considerable success last year. Until August 28, tourists and residents can participate in these events dedicated to the history and culture of the city, meeting at the Infopoint in Piazzetta Sant’Antonio every Tuesday (in Italian) and Thursday (in English) at 10:00 AM. The cost of the tour is 5 euros, while it is free for children under 10 years old.
The tours will allow participants to explore the emblematic sites of Salò, from the ancient town hall to the cathedral, regarded as a true museum of fine arts, as well as the historic noble palaces. These walks through the historic center offer the opportunity to discover the artistic and cultural treasures that characterize the ancient capital of the Magnificent Homeland, making each stop a captivating journey through time.
