The doctor, known for his expertise, took his own life following a difficult delivery that resulted in the tragic loss of the newborn, who was subsequently transferred to the Civile hospital in Brescia due to severe complications. In the aftermath of this incident, the ASST Garda has registered ten individuals as persons under investigation, including anesthetists and midwives, in response to a complaint filed by the parents.
