However, they are not military personnel, but fraudsters who, from time to time, claim to belong to finance authorities, police, fire brigade, or municipal traffic wardens.

They often offer subscriptions to non-existent magazines or magazines unrelated to law enforcement forces.

Therefore, be cautious and immediately inform the Carabinieri – simply dial 112 – as soon as you suspect you have been targeted by individuals who, after receiving the money, no longer appear.
