Bardolino: the new skate park in Ca’ Nove inaugurated. On Saturday, November 30, the community celebrated the opening of a new area dedicated to youth sports, designed to meet the needs of skateboard, rollerblade, and BMX enthusiasts. The project, which cost 330,000 euros entirely funded by state grants (formerly Pnrr), is located between the basketball court and the dog area, accessible from the Rivalunga promenade that connects Bardolino to Garda. Mayor Daniele Bertasi emphasized that this initiative, launched by the previous administration, represents a step towards the creation of a sports and leisure complex.
The skate park is designed to be open at all times and does not allow the use of scooters. With a total area of approximately 800 square meters spread across multiple levels, the facility includes obstacles typical of the “Street” discipline and two sections that meet the standards of regional FISR (Italian Federation of Roller Sports) competitions. Thus, it aims to be a gathering space that aspires to become a meeting point for young residents and tourists, also hosting sporting events in the future.
