Desenzano: elderly man drives his car into the antiques market. On the morning of May 1st, during the antiques market held along Lungolago Anelli, an unusual incident involved an elderly driver. Around 11 a.m., the man managed to bypass the barriers that blocked access, entering the flow of visitors in his BMW. According to reports, the driver had exhibited similar behavior on previous occasions.
Fortunately, the situation did not have any consequences for public safety, as the elderly man drove at a slow speed after noticing the presence of people along the road. Officers from the local police station present at the event quickly intervened to stop him. No injuries were reported, but many attendees were taken aback by the incident, as the vehicle narrowly missed several mothers and children among the crowd.
