Int.Dep.Cast Board Reconfirmed Amid Local Company Participation

The shareholders’ assembly has renewed the board of directors of Int.Dep.Cast., a private company almost completely controlled by the municipality, with the participation of eight local companies.

Appointments and Confirmations

The leadership has been confirmed, with Nunzio Belluzzi as president and Angelo Beschi as his deputy. The Municipality has appointed directors for the next three-year period: Luigi Martinetti and the same Belluzzi from ‘Castiglione Domani’, the socialists Giuseppe Salgaro and Angelo Fabio Mutti, Giancarlo Perani and Riccardo Mazzola representing Castiglione al Centro, all of the majority.

On the business side, Angelo Beschi has been reappointed for Sterilgarda; Timo Pastorelli joins for Golden Lady, and Giovanni Ostini for Rapetti. Socialist representatives Migliorelli and Spazzini leave the board, along with Brami from ‘Castiglione al Centro’, Benvenuti from Huntsman (formerly Marchon), and Ginelli from Wella.

Notes and Considerations

It should be noted that Mutti, being a municipal councilor, will have to resign from Palazzo Gonzaga due to incompatibility between the two roles. It was therefore decided to prioritize continuity in the operations of Int.Dep.Cast., which has been considered positive so far.

Projects and Developments

The focus is on the new composting plant, the water tank at Palazzina, and the projects for the castle parking lot. Regarding the covered swimming pool, before starting the project, the Municipality will need to amend the statute and increase the share capital of Int.Dep.Cast..
