Interagency Raids Targeting Local Clubs Lead to Fines and Suspensions in Montichiari, Desenzano, and Roè Volciano

Police and security forces conducted an interagency operation across multiple municipalities in Garda from Thursday to early Saturday, targeting venue inspections, worker protections, and illegal activities. The operation involved police, Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza, Firefighters, ATS, local police, Desenzano Police, and the Crime Prevention Department.

During inspections, authorities temporarily suspended a nightclub in Roè Volciano due to safety violations, including missing emergency plans and faulty installations. In Montichiari, a 57-year-old Senegalese man was reported for irregular residency, and an 18-year-old Moroccan for drug possession. Carabinieri in Desenzano identified 43 individuals, checked 50 vehicles, and seized weapons and drugs, while the Guardia di Finanza found four undocumented workers. Overall, 12 businesses, 114 vehicles, and 150 people (including 45 foreigners) were inspected, resulting in multiple warnings, orders for removal from Italy, and other enforcement measures.
