Intermittent Festival in Riva del Garda: upcoming cultural events

Riva del Garda is getting ready to welcome the new edition of the Intermittenze festival, a cultural event that weaves together words, music, and images, organized by the Municipality and the Civic Library in collaboration with the Rapsodia association. The event will take place from September 11 to 14, featuring a rich program of meetings, concerts, and storytelling that will explore the present through literature and the arts. Before the official start of the festival, from September 6 to 10, there will be prologues including readings, music, and theater, with a tribute to Leonardo Sciascia and children’s works inspired by Italo Calvino.

The main program will kick off on September 11 with the Modena City Ramblers, who will present the book “Nati per la libertà” alongside a concert-reading. On September 12, Antonella Lattanzi and Cristina Marconi will discuss their book “Cose che non si dicono,” while Saturday, September 13, will feature a concert-storytelling event for the eightieth anniversary of the Liberation. The festival will conclude on September 14 with various literary meetings and a final evening dedicated to Patrizia Valduga and Daniele Di Bonaventura. All events are free to attend until capacity is reached, unless otherwise indicated.
