On November 25, a date dedicated to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, the Department of Culture and Social Services of Gargnano has organized two significant events at the Castellani Hall. These events are part of the initiative titled “…not even with a flower,” aimed at raising public awareness on pressing issues.
**Theatrical Performance “The Accounts Don’t Add Up”**
The first event will take place on Friday, November 22, at 8:30 PM. It features the theatrical performance *THE ACCOUNTS DON’T ADD UP*, produced by Teatro Laboratorio, with the participation of Alessandra Domeneghini and rapper Francesco Barossi, known as “Marmellaso.” The event promises to offer a profound reflection on the dynamics of gender violence through an engaging artistic language.
**Theatrical Reading “Morgana”**
The second event is scheduled for Sunday, November 24, at 4 PM. *MORGANA* will be a theatrical reading that tells the stories of women who have challenged social conventions. Francesca Beni and Nicola Previtali will give voice to narratives that celebrate female courage and resilience in adverse contexts.
Both events are free of charge, inviting the entire community of Gargnano to actively participate in this important cultural initiative.
