International Jazz in Gardone Riviera: Visibelli and Angeleri Set to Perform June 20

The fourth event of the 14th edition of the “Suoni e Sapori del Garda” festival is set for Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 9:15 p.m. at the Parish Church of SS. Faustino and Giovita in Fasano Sotto, Gardone Riviera. The evening will feature Italian jazz musicians Giulio Visibelli (sax and flute) and Claudio Angeleri (keyboards) in a concert titled “In a Sentimental Mood,” focused on classic international ballads.

The program draws its name from the Duke Ellington standard and will move through romantic jazz and singer-songwriter repertoire, with selections by composers including Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers, Jule Styne, Burt Bacharach, Stevie Wonder, and Lennon-McCartney. Visibelli and Angeleri’s long-running collaboration will pair sax and flute with refined keyboard harmonies, blending respect for tradition with jazz improvisation.

The church setting is expected to add an intimate atmosphere, aligning with the festival’s aim of highlighting the local area through high-level cultural programming. The concert starts at 9:15 p.m. on June 20 in Fasano Sotto.
