Castiglione delle Stiviere, health emergency: intervention by Finance Marshal saves a 20-year-old. On the morning of Thursday, May 15, at Caffè Sport in Piazza Dallò, a distressing incident occurred when a twenty-year-old girl fell ill while having breakfast with her mother. The young woman experienced intense chest pain and convulsions, prompting her mother to immediately seek help from Marshal Tonino Cilione of the Guardia di Finanza, who was nearby. The marshal promptly intervened, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and taking the necessary measures to stabilize the situation until help arrived.
The girl was transported to San Pellegrino Hospital for further examinations, where it was determined that her condition was due to a significant drop in blood pressure, and her condition quickly improved. Before returning to duty, Marshal Cilione personally wanted to check on the young woman’s health at the hospital, a gesture greatly appreciated by her mother, who publicly thanked the marshal on social media.
