Kids’ Water Words Event in Bardolino Features Readings and Hands-On Workshops

The “Parole sull’acqua Kids” festival, dedicated to children’s literature through read-alouds and creative workshops, will take place from April 15-19, 2026, at Villa Carrara Bottagisio in Bardolino. The event features author and illustrator sessions, shared readings, and interactive activities designed to introduce young children to books.

Highlights include readings for children aged 3 to 8 on April 15, a parent-focused workshop on April 17, and an official opening on April 18 with guests like Simonetta Bitasi and Corinne Zanette. The festival concludes on April 19 with drawing, storytelling, and science activities. The festival’s book corner is managed by Farfilò, with the Bardolino Library handling registrations and information, under the supervision of Cultural Councilor Marta Ferrari.
